Refund Policy

Braxiq Premium is a digital subscription service. All payments are final once processed and access is granted. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains our refund terms for all purchases made on Braxiq. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

We are committed to transparency about our refund practices while protecting against abuse of our digital services.

2. Monthly Subscription (€29.99)

Recurring Monthly Charges

The Braxiq Premium subscription costs €29.99 per month (with €1 trial) and provides immediate access to all premium features including brain training games, video courses, daily puzzles, and all assessments. All subscription payments are non-refundable.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews each month on your billing date at €29.99. We send reminder emails before each billing cycle. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid charges.

Easy Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard or by emailing info@braxiq.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no refunds are issued for remaining time, but you keep access until your paid period ends.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after subscribing
  • Not using premium features during the subscription period
  • Failure to cancel before subscription renewal
  • Dissatisfaction with test results or content
  • Claiming to be unaware of subscription terms displayed at checkout

4. When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

    Service Unavailability

    Documented service outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours that prevented access to your account.

    Billing Error

    You were charged an incorrect amount different from the price displayed during checkout.

    Duplicate Charge

    The same transaction was charged twice to your payment method.

    Legal Requirements

    Refunds required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction amount and payment method
  • Date of the charge
  • Detailed reason for refund request with supporting documentation

Processing Time

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will appear on your statement.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us directly at info@braxiq.com. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

Please Note: Chargebacks for services that were legitimately rendered and consented to may result in account termination. We retain records of consent and service delivery that may be submitted as evidence.
