1. Definitions
Braxiq: Braxiq ("we," "us," or "our") refers to the operator of this platform.
Service: Service refers to all features, functionalities, tests, and content available through Braxiq.
Platform: Platform refers to our website and related services accessible via any device.
User: User ("you" or "your") refers to any individual accessing or using our services.
IQ Score: IQ Score refers to the numerical result generated by our educational assessment algorithm.
Subscription: Subscription refers to recurring paid access to premium features at €29.99 per month (with €1 trial).
2. IQ Test Disclaimers
Educational Entertainment Purpose
Braxiq provides IQ testing and brain training services for educational entertainment purposes only. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Our services are not professional psychological tools
- Tests are not equivalent to clinical IQ assessments administered by licensed psychologists
- Results are for personal interest and entertainment
- Scores should not be used for academic, professional, or medical decisions
Test results may be influenced by environmental conditions, physical and mental state, time of day, testing environment, device quality, and internet connection.
For clinical assessment of cognitive abilities or intelligence, please consult licensed psychological professionals.
3. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
One account per user. Valid email required.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Prohibited activities include: multiple accounts, credential sharing, false information, and unauthorized access.
4. Subscription Services
Billing & Payment
All subscriptions auto-renew monthly at €29.99 until cancelled. Cancel anytime before your next renewal to avoid future charges. There are no refunds for partial months.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard or by contacting info@braxiq.com. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining time.
5. Immediate Access & Right of Withdrawal
By subscribing to Braxiq Premium, you:
- 1Request immediate access to all premium features
- 2Acknowledge that once access is granted, you lose your 14-day EU right of withdrawal
- 3Accept that subscriptions are non-refundable after payment
This is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), which states that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they lose their right of withdrawal.
6. Refund Policy
€29.99 Monthly Subscription
- All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed, immediate access to premium features is granted.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds may be considered only for: verified billing errors (duplicate charges), documented service unavailability exceeding 24 consecutive hours, or as required by applicable consumer protection law.
Refund Process
To request a refund for eligible exceptional cases, contact info@braxiq.com with your account email, transaction details, and detailed reason. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including tests, questions, graphics, and functionality are owned by Braxiq and protected by international copyright laws.
You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use our services.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our content.
8. Limitation of Liability
Braxiq's maximum liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for: lost profits, business interruption, emotional distress, decisions made based on test results, or any indirect or consequential damages.
We specifically disclaim liability for the accuracy of IQ test results, effectiveness of brain training programs, or achievement of specific cognitive improvements.
9. Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your Dashboard settings or by contacting support.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for terms violations, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or payment defaults.
Upon termination, your subscription is cancelled and access to premium features ends immediately.
10. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services.
For material changes, we will provide 15 days advance notice via email.
Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of updated terms.
